Hospital Policies
Dogs
For the the convenience and comfort of all of our clients, your dog must be properly controlled on a leash, or in a kennel cage while on hospital premises. This is as much for the protection of your pet as anything else.
Cats
All cats must be leashed or in an appropriate cat carrier.
Payment
In order to help us keep our fees as low as possible, we require that payment be made at time of service. A deposit will be required for hospitalized pets.
In addition to cash and checks, we accept MasterCard and Visa. We do not accept Care Credit at this time.
